Located on a quiet dead end street in the heart of Wellington Village in a beautiful neighbourhood just 5 minutes from downtown Ottawa. Our clinic has been operating since 2004 and our therapists have been in practice for over 20 years. Marque Laflamme and Christine Snow are Registered Massage Therapists in the province of Ontario and they have been serving people in the community with professional, compassionate care while maintaining the highest level of standards.

Marque Laflamme

Marque Laflamme has been in practice since 1996 when he graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School in Toronto. He was in practice at a chiropractic clinic in the Glebe for 5 years and has had his own private practice for the last 15 years. Marque primarily does pain and injury treatments, specializing in deep tissue and sports massage. Marque is a member of the following associations:

• RMTAO (Registered Massage Therapy Association of Ontario)
• CMTO ( College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)
• Blue Cross
• HCAI (MVA’s)
• FSCO (MVA’s)

Marque has also worked extensively with seniors, persons who have suffered strokes, and patients in motor vehicle accidents (MVA’s) including catastrophic injuries. Marque also has an interest in amateur landscaping and gardening with his own clinic and a keen interest in the outdoors including backpacking, canoeing, x-country skiing and almost any outdoor adventure.

Christine Snow

Christine Snow graduated from Sutherland Massage School in 1991. She is a Registered Massage therapist in Ontario and British Columbia. Christine has operated her own practice in Ottawa for 25 years, opening a downtown clinic in 1993. In 1998 she moved to a home practice.

Christine has an extensive background in dance and fitness. Her early practice focused primarily on dancers and athletes, evolving into a new focus on pregnancy, birth and infant massage.

Christine is a trained Doula, and has had the great privilege and experience of attending many of her clients’ births. Christine is a mother of three teenagers, which keeps her busy and interested in Theatre, Music and Youth with Special Needs. As a mature Massage Therapist she brings experience, excellent communication skills, and commitment to her clients.

Cancellation Policy

In order to minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Otherwise the client is responsible to pay the full amount of the massage therapy fee

Costs

As of December 1, 2023 prices will be as follows:

• 1/2 hour – $80
• 45 minutes – $90
• 1 hour – $120
• 75 minutes – $140
• 1 1/2 hour – $160
• 2 hour – $200
